Payment Schedule
Genesis Affiliates processes payments on a monthly cycle:
Commission Period
Commissions are calculated for each calendar month (1st to last day of the month). All player activity during this period contributes to your monthly earnings.
Reporting & Verification
After the month closes, Genesis Affiliates compiles final reports and verifies commission calculations. This typically takes the first few business days of the following month.
Payment Processing
Payments are initiated after verification, usually within the first two weeks of the following month. The exact date may vary.
Funds Received
Depending on your payment method, funds arrive 1-7 business days after processing. E-wallets are fastest; bank wires take longest.
Below Minimum Threshold?
If your earned commission for a month is below the minimum payout threshold for your chosen method, the balance rolls over to the next month. It accumulates until it reaches the threshold, at which point it is paid out automatically.
Changing Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method at any time through the Genesis Affiliates dashboard. Navigate to account settings, select payment preferences, and enter your new payment details. Changes typically take effect from the next payment cycle.
Payment Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- Payment not received: Check that your e-wallet email matches your dashboard settings. Allow extra processing days for bank wires. Contact your affiliate manager if payment is more than 5 business days overdue.
- Incorrect amount: Review your commission report in the dashboard. Verify that deductions (admin fees, chargebacks) are accounted for. Contact support with specific discrepancies.
- E-wallet rejected: Ensure your Neteller/Skrill account is fully verified and active. Unverified accounts may reject incoming payments.
- Currency mismatch: If your payout currency differs from your account currency, conversion fees apply. Consider setting your e-wallet to match the payout currency.
